This may sound like a dumb question but here goes...I will be flying Korean Air and the website says that the maximum size for a piece of luggage is 62 inches.
The tag on the luggage I bought said the luggage has dimensions of 31x21x10, making for a total of 62 inches. But when I measured the luggage at home, it came out to more with the wheels and expandable part of the luggage which I'm unable to compress. It's 32x21x13 so the total is 66 inches.
I know it's just few inches but is Korean Airlines really strict about the size requirements and do they measure the luggage? The last thing I need is to have my luggage rejected. I wheeled the luggage on the street so the wheels look worn and I probably can't return it. Thanks in advance for your help. |

I have one that is the same and they have never blinked an eye at it. Just make sure that it is not overweight (coming from NA). You have a maximum (single) bag weight limit of 23 kg. (OSHA requirement and they can be anal about that). |

I was really worried there for a while. Yeah, I am weighing all my luggage on a scale so everything should work out fine I would imagine. Thanks for the reassurance. |
