background check from korea?

I know there's loads of posts already on this, but the statis of this crap also changes all the time. So it doesn't hurt.

Anyways. I'm getting my parents to send me a criminal background check from canada to me in korea... should I get them to do the lawer stamp and korean embassy stamp there... or should I get that done here?

If I get them to send it here, what are the steps?
