Hello everyone. I just wanted to invite any bicycling enthusiasts, or those interested in seeing a bit more of Korea on a bicycle, to join the Korean Bike Touring Club. You can read a bit more about the club and join the mailing list here at this site... www.recklesscognition.wordpress.com/ Basically, the club is just a way to connect people around South Korea to exchange maps, routes, information about gear, and find touring partners.
Once you've joined up for the mailing list we're going to start putting together one-day group rides on the weekends/holidays and set up long distance overnight tours on holidays. |

For those looking for quality bicycle parts and accessories without paying absurd Korea prices, please check out this guy's Ebay store. I rarely plug people but this guy is damn good and has special shipping rates to South Korea, he currently has special rates for Korea MTB Club, Bundang Cycling Club, and Daegu Cycling club.

eh? So my post got taken down because of the link?
Anyway, just wanted to tell ya Danny, there is a facebook group for cycling in korea too. So if you do a seach for "cycling in korea" or something like on facebook you will be able to contact the people signed up to that. Quite a few commuters and people interested in touring I think |
