| Tried RTFF and we know how duff the search function is but didn't see anything recent, so here goes.. just moved to Haebangchon, anybody recommend the best internet / internet + tv service provider? I guess KT Megapass is my backup if nothing else comes good, but wondering what else is out there. Had the combined net & TV deal from Gangnam Cable in my last place for 33k / mo. which was fine, is there a similar deal up here? English speaking engineers +++ |

| C&M. Thats the company I use and so far its been great. I heard they have a strong presence in the yongsan-gu area, so their network is supposedly fast. it seems fast to me too. I had a a torrent going at 3MB/sec. |

Hi,
Could you please post some more info about C&M? I've been having a lot of trouble with my KT service lately.. the service itself is great, very fast, but I can't connect to the online game I want to play. They seem to have no idea what the problem is. We were planning on switching to LG.. but I heard in another forum that they are barred from getting any new internet customers for 30 days, ending on the 24th. They sold customer information, I guess. ^^
If you recommend C&M, I'd love to see what they offer. Thanks! |

02-2240-9375 is the phone number that I use. THey will answer in korean, but if you say one word in English they lady will start speaking really good English back at you.
There were several packages available, such as different speeds of internet and amount of channels etc.
I chose one called KwangNaenCombo (광랜콤보), which is the fastest speed internet they have available with basic cable. Costs me 37,200 won. I don't care much about Korean TV, I just wanted my internet to be very fast. |

My internet with C&M doesn't seem slow to me. I guess we could check to see which one is faster through the internet speed test. Here are my results: http://www.speedtest.net/result/324818608.png
I ran it while connected to my wireless router. I'm too lazy to actually plug the cable directly into my computer.
Do the test and post the results so we can see which is the fastest.
And regardless of the results of the speed test, my weiner is still bigger.
