I'm looking for this kind of thing, on a stick with a bamboo base-- it doesn't matter really whether it's a big candle that takes several hours to burn down, or a small kerosene tank.

Anybody seen anything like this, or anything similar, for sale in Seoul?

(edited, twice, to fix link)

I haven't seen those in Korea, but they're common in America. Probably your best best for foreign goods shopping is Costco. They remind me of the Survivor tv show.

Yup, saw them at Costco in the spring. That said, they are probably long gone. Not sure where else to suggest, sorry.

Try it now? (I guess most web servers these days really don't like folks linking directly to their pictures!)

Anyways, thanks for the replies. I'll try Costco, and that place in front of Hannam with the barbecue briquets.

Right you are. I was in there yesterday, and it's all plastic Christmas trees now. Sad
