How much key money do you actually need to get a 19 pyeong officetel in Bundang for 1 year if you wanted to pay sub 200,000W / month?
I realize the market can fluctuate and price can vary by location... but I have NO IDEA of any value so any help would be great. |

| Probably 15 to 20 million won. Your best bet is to find a real estate agent Bundang. |

A lot. Much more than the above post. Bundang is an expensive area.
I can't make a good guess but it would much higher than the above post. |

Seohyun statiion, 19py officetels run about 10 mil key money and 500-600k per month.
add about 30-50 mil (depending on the building) to drop the rent to 200k.

I'd say it would take a minimum addition of 40 million won to get the monthly rent to 200,000 won. That means a total deposit of 50 million.
More expensive places will obviously require a higher deposit. |
