| I think you can pretty much get them anywhere that sells ink. There are usually shops that only sell printer ink. I know there's one in Seodaemun (called "Mr. Ink", I think) and there's one near SookDae. |

| You can drop them off at some Family Marts to be refilled. Not sure which Family Marts do this or if they can refill your HP ones. |
