| Does anyone know anything about getting papers issued for a bike, i dont have the papers for my current bike and would like to get them, any advice would be appreciated. |

| Just did it last month. It isn't impossible, but it might as well be if you don't speak Korean. My girlfriend did the detective work and took care of it for me and it took her the better part of two days driving all over the place to get it done.
