Does anyone know if any of the unis in Seoul offer degree programs or open classes in floristry/floral design? Conducted in English would be even better...
Also, does anyone know where the Wha-Kong Hoe school is? |

| Seoul International Women's Assoc. offers occasional classes in flower arrangement, but it's not a degree program, just a hobby class. |
