I did a search, but didn't find anything too recent or useful. I'd like to buy a digital camera, but I don't know if the software will be in English or not.
Any recs for a good affordable camera? One with good video capabilities would be nice! Also, do prices vary from place to place, or will it pretty much be the same anywhere? |

Software being in english won't be a problem unless you plan on using the photo editing options on a computer....it's pretty easy to install foreign software.....
Not to mention many newer cameras use sd cards and micro sd cards so when you connect to the computer you just browse through the pictures like you would files on a USB memory stick.
In other words, don't worry about it. |

I bought a nice Nikon S10 at Homeplus a year or so ago. It's been a great camera to me. It does have English. Even the Korean ones I looked at have English too. I'd say the only draw back is higher price and lacking a warranty. |

Yayee! Now I have a reason to go back to Home Plus. Hope they are playing the awesome Home Plus theme song while I'm buying the camera.
Thanks y'all. |
