My boss thinks he could save a few won flying me to Nagoya for a work visa. (ANA is offering discounted fares.)
Has anyone dealt with the Korean Consulate there? What was their turnaround time? Any information would be appreciated. |

The turn around time was the same as in Fukuoka, but they made a mistake. I was given a single entry visa instead of the multiple entry visa that I should have gotten as an American. |

Thanks a bunch for answering my question. I'm sorry to hear about the mistake they made on your visa. I'm guessing they don't process many E-2s in Nagoya.
ANA is offering a RT airfare right now from Seoul to Nagoya for 420,000 won including taxes and my boss had suggested it.
If I can save him some money, I will, because he's an old friend. So, instead I'll probably take advantage of the 30% off discount that KORAIL offers on the KTX rail and Beetle boat combination ticket to Fukuoka. It should cost about half the plane fare. |
