Can I just mail the passport off or do I have to be present? |

I know U.S. passports can have pages added through the mail, for no charge, but I believe you have to have it delivered through a specific courier service. If you're from the U.S., check the website for the U.S. Embassy in Seoul. It has complete directions, and you can dowload the form you will need.
I went in person and got it back in a few hours. |

I also went in person and picked it up the next day, no problem. |
