How can an owner of a school Blacklist a foreigner from getting a visa again? Does anyone know how this works or anyone that this has happened to?

There is a director in Jeonju that has my diploma and crim. check and other documents. While I was in the US assembling them things took longer than expected. After I sent the documents to him and he informed me that he already hired someone else and kept my documents. Now he wont return them unless I take a job that he finds me that will pay him 1200 dollars or I pay him 1200 dollars. He says he payed the owner of a different school 1200 dollars for my name. His story has been fishy. What Id love to do is just get all new documents and tell him where he can put the ones he has, but I am worried that if he gets upset he can have me blacklisted.

You never worked for him. You never entered on a visa sponsored by him.

He can't do anything to you.

Get a new set of documents and try again.

Be glad that you DON'T work for the blackmailing thief.

I agree. Sounds like you dodged a bullet there. Be grateful this happened because you don't want to be working for a crook like that!

Any chance this guys name is Brant Kim? He has pulled this stunt a couple times now, once with some teachers that I hired.
