Hi,
has anyone found reasonably priced tickets to NZ- CHCH in december/jan?
My favourite travel agaent has left STA and the new person is not quite as good at answering my questions.
My plan is to leave Korea around Decmber 26/27/28ish and stopover somewhere in asia for about 20days then go home for most of feb returning to korea end of feb.
So far only one travel agent has come back with a price of 1.770 000w for waitlisted on Singapore. Even thought i have asked them to check flights for auckland as well.
I have emailed: Kangsang/zenith/xanadu/Kises:STA......and checked the airlines websites...but most prices are near the 2mill mark or no seats available.
Anyone have any other tips for reasonable tickets to chch?

One idea:
If you catch the ferry from Korea to Japan and then fly on jetstar.com to NZ via somewhere in Australia, you can in theory do it for somewhere around or below 1.7 million won if you select your travel dates very very carefully.
It would be a very price sensitive routing with considerable fluctuations. |
