Pick your favorite airline and go direct unless you can speak/read Korean.
Fly direct with Asiana, Korean air, Cebu pacific, or PAL.
With 1 stop over you can also use Cathay, EVA, China Air, Northwest, and others.
Do you have a "Skypass" or "Star Alliance" frequent flier card? |

Generally if it were me, I would punch in dates on expedia.com to check how much the going rate is and then see if a K travel agent can better it.
As an example, on expedia.com the price is US $690 including tax for travel in the second week of November (Incheon to Manila return on Eva) which is probably a reasonable price under the circumstances. |
