I have plowed through the search functions and such and don't seem to find a good answer.
I am an F2 so I don't have any problems with changing jobs. The problem is my co-worker who is a good teacher but is not at all suited for teaching kindy. She has tried very hard but doesn't like it very well.
The owners of the hogwan want her to quit but won't fire her. They have told me as much. They will not say bad things about her and like her personally but she is just not suited to this particular job.
An opportunity has come up in a place she likes much better. Good expat community and outside of Seoul. She does not like living in Seoul at all. She would like to work there but has no idea what it will take to change jobs.
The hogwan owners would be happy to give her what ever she might need to change jobs. They are good people and so is she. It is simply a bad fit job wise.
So what does she have to do? I can't seem to get a straight answer from any particular entity. Any help will be appreciated.
