Does anybody have any information about teaching in Geocheon? Can a teacher find a social life in this small city?

Geocheon? 거천?

Geocheon doesn't seem to exist. 거천시, 거천군, 거천읍, and 거천면 definitely don't exist. Can you provide more information about where this place is? Province, county...

(The fact that it doesn't show up on any map programs doesn't inspire tons of confidence in the potential night life there...)
