I'm looking for something to use in my apartment for piano practice. I want to be able to carry it around, so a full-scale piano is out of the question (plus I'd like to be able to practice at low volume at night). I absolutely need 88 keys, and they must be weighted, or at least semi-weighted. Non-weighted keys just don't feel right and lead to bad technique.

I live in Daegu, but I'm willing to pay for shipping if you can get a reasonable quote. I can send money electronically to your bank account in Korea.

I'm not looking for anything super expensive. I don't need a ton of sounds, as I'd really only be using the piano sound. 88 weighted keys is all I really want. I'd prefer something under 600,000, maybe more if it's a pretty good model.
