If I'm working a part-time job, but my visa is sponsored by another school, could there be any repercussions if I quit without the proper one-month notice they asked for? My second job right now is treating me like crap and found another position that I can start within the week. |

Not enough to give a single accurate answer so here are some scenarios. Pick the one that is appropriate. IN all cases I assumed you were on an E1/E2/E7 and NOT an F-series visa.
1) Assuming your primary sponsor is a government program and your 2nd school is a PS there will be problems and complications.
2) Assuming both your primary sponsor is a hakwon and your 2nd job is legal (you have permission from immigration with the note on the back of your ARC).
No repercussion. Simply wait till payday and quit if they are treating you like crap. If you quit before payday you can rest assured that you will NOT be paid.
3) Assuming your primary sponsor is a hakwon and your 2nd job is illegal (no note from immigration) walk at your convenience. There is NOTHING they can do to you that won't cost them more.)
