You can get a refund, or partial refund, depending on how soon you refund it. |

I'm guessing in this case, the refund is not an option cause if they booked the "table" seats, you get 4 seats for the price of 3.
So it's theoretically a "free" seat, or if you have 4 people, makes each seat cheaper by 25%.
Just out of interest, Seoul to Busan would normally go for what, 40K? |

Table seat yes, that's why don't believe refund is possible. Regular adult one-way on that date seems to be 47,900won, says Korail.com |

Wow okay I'm even ready to sponsor your Busan trip with 5 000won now! So, one ticket (only mine, not the other) goes for 25 000won. I really don't wanna waste full 30 000won but a bit is ok.. And sorry for the early bump. |
