Has anyone seen it? It's necessary for a red sauce recipe.

nutmeg can be hit and miss at the big stores, but I do have a bottle of ground nutmeg, dont remember exactly where it came from, but purchased in Korea. Beef broth can be purchased everywhere including your local small mart... go to the soup aisle and look for the packet with the big pieces of juicy looking beef (that you will never actually eat in Korea) on the package.

I haven't been to Homever yet, but there is some at Lotte Department store. There's beef broth there too (the liquid kind). You'll find the powdered form in any grocery store-- it's called "Da-Shi-Da". It's very delicious.
