Changes in visa rules for transferring jobs?

I'm not looking to change jobs, but a while back there was talk on this forum about the Korean immigration dept changing some of the visa rules. It was along the lines of instead of waiting 9 months before you could transfer jobs without going through the whole visa process again, you'd only have to wait 1 month.

Last I heard this was meant to happen during September. Has anyone heard anything concrete about this actually happening?
