I used to work 20 regular hrs a week, this year it's 22 and at my school next year it'll be 24 hrs a week. I currently work 24 hrs a week in total, including 2 after school classes.

Please tell me how many regular hrs a week you work at your GEPIK elementary school and how many hrs do you work each week in total, including your after school class?

If you're at a GEPIK middle/high school (including after school class) what are your current total working hrs a week?

Thank you. Laughing

OMG! You work 24 teaching hours?! I feel so sorry for you!!!!

*sarcasm*

I'm at a GEPIK elementary, currently working 36 teaching hours/week. That includes:
-4 hours of 3rd grade (1 hour, 1x a week)
-5 hours of 4th grade (1 hour, 1x a week)
-5 hours of 5th grade (1 hour, 1x a week)
-10 hours of 6th grade (1 hour, 2x week)
-6 hours of Advanced Class (2 hours, 3x a week)
-4 hours of International Camp (4 hours, 1x a week)
-2 hours of Teacher's Class (2 hours, 1x week)

Good news is that I get wicked-awesome overtime pay.

Somebody get me more coffee . . .

It was 34 but now down to 30 (22 hrs were the regular school hours). Much better now but less money I get to bring home. Of course, those are not real work hours when you consider that 40 mins is counted as an hour and classes are cancelled quite often for various reasons. It's going to be real hard going back to the real world and getting a real job.

HS: 19 or 20 hours a week. Many classes cancelled in preparation for tests and stuff. Many classes I'm allowed to leave after 25mins to relax in the staffroom.
10 weeks of overtime (After School) per term, with a choice of between 4-8 hours per week spread over 4 days.
