So I'm pretty happy with everything here in Korea and I can pretty much get whatever I need now. There's just one more teeny tiny thing that would make things utterly perfect...
Sao Jorge cheese, from the Azores. It's a little hard, and quite bitter, like punch-you-in-the-face bitter, but so so good with toast and sweetened hot tea. And in these coming fall and winter months, would make a really good snack while watching the snow fall in the yard.
So I found the only two places in Toronto that make/carry it, and I'm about to call to order some. One wheel for a year, and to offer to guests once in a while.
I have no idea what hoops I'm going to have to jump through to get it here. Should I just courier it like a package?
Should I call the Portuguese or Canadian embassy and get their help?
Maybe I should just call someone in the government. I'm pretty sure this info request would stump the girls at Korea Tourism Info. |
