Has anyone seen these noodles before or any low calorie/high fibre noodles? If so where? What is it called in Korean? Thanks! |

Shirataki noodles are traditional Japanese noodles.
They are also called konnyaku noodles.
Japanese = 白滝 しらたき (Shirataki)
Korean = 곤약 (gonyak) |

What the above poster said. They sell them at Lotte Mart. E-mart used to stock them but stopped (or at least my local branch did). Home plus make their own brand and I've also found them at smaller super markets.
You'll probably find them in the same section as odeng (the fish cakes) or maybe amongst the tofu and sauces. They have no flavour of their own so you'll want to throw in some veges and sauce then stir fry for a few minutes. |
