California Democrats, Republicans Apparently Fail to Submit Presidential Elector Candidates by October 1 Deadline

October 2nd, 2008
Ballot Access News

On October 1, at 4 p.m., an employee of the California Secretary of States office verbally stated that the Democratic and Republican Parties had not yet submitted their presidential elector candidates, although at that time the deadline was an hour away. A particular activist in a minor party, who was at the Secretary of States office at 4 p.m., remained in the office until closing time and believes that they were not filed by 5 p.m.

That same activist again visited the Secretary of States office on October 2, but no one would discuss the matter. The activist asked for a list of the presidential elector candidates but the office refused to give the list to him.

This is just like Texas.

The Ds and Rs have made the rules so easy that all they have to do is file lists of electors to be on the ballot.

Other parties must gather hundreds of thousands of signatures or voter registrations.

Free elections do NOT exist in the US.

And if you ever needed a reason for armed revolution, this fact, plus the Federal reserve stealing our money, plus ... each person's favorite personal injury at the hands of the intrusive state and ...

The Democrats and Republicans have failed to qualify for the ballot in California and Texas.

Wanna bet they put themselves on anyway. They never follow their own laws. They just use them to attack others.

They failed to qualify in Texas, admittedly so, and then put themselves on the ballot and the court enforced the actions of the Texas Secretary of State without comment on any legal reason as to how they could make such a ruling. They just ruled without comment.

They'll do the same in California. Actually, they already have. They printed the ballots without any requirement that the Dems and Repubs follow the law. They are exempt by illegal state fiat.

Meanwhile, the Constitution Party candidate is not allowed on the CA ballot. This, by the way, is the party of the militias.
