Anyone drink this stuff? I keep seeing it being advertised on K-TV and just wandered if blended chicken lips tastes as awful as it sounds.

OMG I had that stuff in high school! It wasn't packaged like that but some Asian markets used to sell it in California. My father used to do business overseas and was introduced to it on one of his business trips. It tastes awful! Seriously disgusting ... you have to down it like a shot to get it down and you can't make it into a chicken soup to make it taste better. It's brown liquid but thin. But it works! I had it twice during high school and it worked both times. I even brought some to Vegas during my early college years - my friend that had a bad cold had it a fews hours before we headed out ... she was amazed, it worked better on her than on me!

I saw those adverts for the first time this weekend - looks like they're really pushing the "science" angle, what with some study done at a Korean university and pictures of high-tech brain scans and so on.

Somehow I suspect the studies lack scientific rigour.

I've seen them on Discovery Channel. I was surprised that DC allowed them....it seemed like questionable science to me.
