I've noticed that I rarely have bowel movements here and they are very small and dry. Maybe too much infor for some of you but I'm wondering if it just means i'm dehydrated or it's something else.

But I feel fine and I drink filtered water or at least, it comes out of some water cooler contraption. My skin does feel drier though and I don't know why that is, is it the weather? pollution? water?

Actually, the local food seems like it is improving my health in some way but my skin is really dry for some reason, especially on my face.

My skin here has also improved.

I think it's the spicy kim chee.

Also gross, but necessary: If I stop washing my face and hair for a few days I have very good complexion. But I always mess it up becasuse when I shave I use water and F it up.

The dryer skin is probably because of the hot water here. If you shower here with hot water I noticed skin tends to dry up faster. It must be the minerals (or lack of) in the water. Because naturallly hot water washes away oils, it seems to be worse here.

Also, what are you eating? BiBimBap seems to be giving me good health and making me feel great the next day.

I've been eating the lettuce wraps with the raw garlic, peppers, onions etc.

It usually comes with some type of tofu soup. I feel really healthy afterwards.

I would like to try the seafood soups too, seems super healthy.

I have to remark that the food is of pretty high quality, I notice that from the vegetables to the fruit. Even though the states have more abundance, it doesn't seem to have the overall general quality i've seen even with the roadstands selling fruit and veggies here.

I would say whole foods market is comparable when it comes to produce. I've been impressed with the overall food quality and it helping my health.

Are you eating fruit and veg? (That is, veg other than the lettuce leaf and raw garlic and whatever boiled to oblivion stuff there is in the soup. REAL veg.)

Use baby oil on your skin. Korean brands are cheap and oil is oil.

I just posted in one of your topics, didn't I? Man, you need a lot of help!

I find eating Korean food improves my bowel movements, not reduces them. I've noticed the improvement to skin but I find that (for me) the water here causes dry skin and dandruff.
