What's "sensation" in Korean? Not exactly like "feeling," but like where someone is emerging as a superstar: "Lebron James is the new sensation of the NBA." Is it just "센세션?" |

센세이션 would be just as you have it in English and it is used a lot here. Never heard of 면제 used that way. 인기가수 means a "singer with lots of interest" or just "popular singer/idol" - 예를 들어, 요즘 인기가수 뭐뭐뭐 뭐뭐했다. Alternatively you could say something like 최근가수 which means "latest singer" - Just supplement 가수 with something else 최근선수 "latest player", 유명선수 "popular player" (유명하다)
Probably if your sentence was converted into a headline it might look just like that NBA의 새로운 센세이션 Lebron James씨다! |
