I'd like to buy a second-hand scratching tower/box, the kind that cats can play on, hide in and are covered in carpet-material.
Anyone in Seoul want to get rid of theirs? Reply or PM.
Cheers, BB |

| Costco has one for about 190,000W. It's too expensive, and the only reason my cat doesn't have one. |

That better come with a lot of extra's, like a cat treadmill and self-bathing mechanism!
Some vets and pet stores, like in Chungmuro, sell them new for 40,000 (2 story) and up.
I'd like to get a 2 story for about 20,000 or so, as long as it wasn't in shambles. |

| Interesting. I hadn't thought of GMarket. I'll look that up, because I know my cat could really use one. |

| Cool, thanks everyone. If someone still has a used one for sale, I'd be interested in hearing about it and seeing a picture. |

That sounds like fun to watch!
Hey, why do you need one of those things when you've got such wonderful screens to climb?

Very true, but screens get holes in them (aka, doors for mosquitoes). |

ok call me crazy...well actually it was my girlfriends idea.
I have made a cat house. Not being much of the carpenter type, I am more than willing to give it to you....when i leave at the end of november.
It it not that pretty but has three separate boxes all with holes in them then a place for the cats to lay inside and on top. The carpet looks like crap at the moment but you can cut the strings on it and it should look fine or pick up a couple of pieces of new carpet for a couple of won. The structure is fine just the carpet thats ugly. The structure sits about a little over a meter ( I think)
Also an idea if you are having problems with scratching...I put some rope around one of my table legs and it seemed to help for a while.
PM if you are interested.
