I don't know what Berocca is, do tell. Emergen-C are just packets that you mix in with water that have tons of vitamins in them. Great for when I feel a small cold coming on, or on a long night out drinking to help offset the drainage of vitamins.
I'll have to keep my eyes out in pharmacies for them, as they're a live saver. |

I was getting those in Thailand, but haven't seen em' in Korea. In Korea, it's typical you walk into a store and they don't have what you so seek. I bet you can get it in Seoul, but only at certain drug stores. Look for places with lots of traffic, development, and lots of neon.
How cum you can go to a less developed poorer country just about anywhere in the world and get anything while in developed Korea, you can't hardly get anything unless in central Seoul some place and then it's still limited? The supply chains are messed up for such a developed rich country Korea is. |

Berocca - is the same thing - but in tablet form (added to a glass of water) -
Ingredients in Berocca Original:
Citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, vitamin C, magnesium sulphate, mannitol, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate,flavouring, colours (beetroot red, beta carotene), sodium carbonate, niacin(Nicotinamide), sweeteners (aspartame, acesulfame K), sodium chloride, zinc citrate, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, thiamin, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, anti-foaming agent (polysorbate 60), folacin (folic acid), biotin. Contains a source of phenylalanine.
Berocca, taken before drinking alcohol, is said to prevent hangovers. Similarly, it is said to relieve hangovers. If taken in effervescent form, there will be a rehydrating effect. There is also some evidence that vitamin B helps relieve hangover symptoms. Its sweet, fizzy solution can be easier on the stomach than other vitamins such as those in tablet form. |
