think twice before getting the magic straight.
i had it done at a good salon in my neighborhood, they did the pre-treatment and everything, and the results were great, especially for the summer.
however, it really damaged my hair A LOT. i always took good care of my hair, but still, it's very damaged now and i regret getting the magic straight, it doesn't look the same as it used to. |

ok, now i'm undecided again! i kept hearing really good things about this, but i have to admit my hair is already damaged now, so if this makes it even more damaged, i might really mess things up.
thanks for your advice, i'm going to have to think really hard about this. if anyone has anymore advice, feel free to put it down! |

if you really want it, maybe wait a little bit until your hair is healthier.
the straightener definitely works and lasted for over 6 months in my case, i'm just disappointed that my hair is so damaged now when it was perfectly healthy before.
but definitely ask for more opinions... also, do a search for "magic straight" on this forum, there was a big thread a while ago. |
