My bf and I are going to Tokyo for a couple of days on a stopover and need to stay at a cheap hotel/hostel (whatever is cheap). We want to base ourselves around Shibuya or Akihabara. Can anyone recommend somewhere?

p.s not sure about those capsule things because many wont allow women
