Type: Beauty Shop (nail�s, tanning, waxing, possible hair)
Location: Deagu (near military base)
Clientele: Korean,DOD, Soilders
Price:low 30's(this includes all equipment,stock, key money and super low rent on long term lease)
Reason for Selling: Going to America
Background: The business was established three years ago and has a strong client base.
My opinion: Good for someone married to a Korean (bi-lingual) who has interest in learning the trade. The owner and staff will provide training. Even though it pulls a steady profit around 3-mil. a month, it could grow exponentially with a more motivated owner.
