I took this off of the water topic. I felt it deserved its own thread. I listened to an interview with Randall Fitzgerald this afternoon and found it very interesting.

My concern is all of the trace psychotropic medications that is found in our drinking water. Is there any way that we can filter these synthetic trace lelments out? Pretty scarry stuff!

Well I suppose that would depend upon where you got the water and whether or not the water would be safe to drink.

Randall Fitzgerald talks about all the synthetic chemicals that are contaminating both municipal tap water and many types of bottled water.

You can hear an interview with him on the agent ladybug site.

He talks about the effect of toxic chemicals on human health, such as pesticides and industrial chemicals. His web site is www.hundredyearlie.com

There are many other interesting interviews on that site that may help people understand what's going on in the world today.

I guess the best way is to be sure that your drinking water comes from a clean natural source, far away from industrial pollution.

He mentioned a type of bottled water that he thought was OK, from Fiji but then there is some concern about the plastic bottles.

I'm not sure about the stuff they sell in Korea, pretty much all of it comes in plastic bottles, which aren't a problem as long as they are kept cool.

I've been pretty much drinking bottled water since I arrived here 7 years ago, so if it's got these things in it....I'm full of it.

If you're interested, check out this guy's books.

He has been called a crank/pseudo-scientist for his work, but I did find it interesting.

And just to show that I am not promoting any one individual's ideas or books, here is some information about detoxifying the body.

There's plenty of free information out there.

I think that the Japanese scientist/photographer isn't a crackpot, but is actually on to something. I read about him a couple of years ago. Facinating stuff!
