| Judging from the flavor, I'd say they're mostly sugar, except for some of the bigger, more expensive ones. I love em! |

| Most of the decent ones are healthy enough I reckon, but only as helthy as yoghurt itself which isn't really I suppose |

I'm a fan of them and believe they are healthy.
Someone here was making fun of parents' being so germ-free with their kids,
yet feeding them probiotics and yogurts to restock the flora and fauna of the digestive tract. |

plain yogurt's very healthy (think it even beat out kimchi as one of the healthiest kinds of food in the world).
but those drinks, as mentioned, are very sugary.
if you're not watching your weight, go for it. |

| I like 'em. I don't buy them, but occasionally a Korean will give me one. I then drink it an feel okay. |

| I don't think there's enough volume in those those things to be called "healthy." In order for something to be healthy there has to be enough of it to actually impact you body in some way |

| So is it best not to drink them? I'm thinking of the Yakult 65ml ones. |

Yeah, those things are pretty much solid sugar. They taste like candy. |

The smallest, cheapest ones - that come in packs of at least twenty - have too much sugar and are too watered-down, I think. The ones that are a little bigger , come in packs of ten, and cost up to 50% more are probably better healthwise - but are still somewhat too sweet.
The ones that come in packs of five seem better than the ten-packs, and the packs of three might be better than those ... |
