Apartment in Itaewon available end of October. Behind McDonalds. 1 min to main street, 5 mins to Itaewon and Noksapyong station.

Rent: 650,000w
Kitchen with fridge ice-maker and filtered water and an oven.
2 rooms. One large that is used as a living room.
Air-con in both rooms.
Separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.
It's unfurnished, but bed and wardrobe are for sale.

| How long? If someone is putting in 5 million, they should know how long the landlord wants them to stay. |
