Where will the good Halloween parties be this year?

I mean with more than just 10% of the people dressed up.

I'm assuming Itaewon but anyone have any concrete info?

Last year everyone was dressed up in Itaewon. Some awsome costumes. The Transformer, Kim ill Jung, Alien and Predator really stood out in my mind. Wolfhound is having a massive party on Sat Nov 1. Frii Oct 31 Ill hit B1. All the bigger clubs in Seoul have "parties", but outside of Itaewon I find most people don't dress up.

True. When it comes to Halloween, wearing costumes basically doesn't happen here. I saw a promotion for a Halloween party this year that said costume wearers get a discount. It said "but only wearing ears or accessories doesn't count". hahaha...We have to dress up for a Halloween party at work, and one Korean girl I work with is 26, and she was like "oh no, we have to dress up??? I have never done that". hehehe I went to a party at a bar in Gangnam a few years ago, and only the bartenders were in costume. Not one customer. So, I kept my costume in my bag. Even if I went to Itaewon, I'd have to wait until I got there to put on my costume. I couldn't imagine leaving my house in a costume and walking down the street. Talk about people staring!
