I am an F-2-1 VISA holdier. I am wondering to work legally in a hagwan do I have to do the criminal background check and health check? I know I have to do this for public school.

p.s. this is just for part time work, 1 day a week.

To work in a hakwon the MOE registration is the responsibility of the employer. You are just an employee like any other Korean who works there.
