Happens everywhere, but it's still... uh... newsworthy.

Man Booked Over Sneaky Photos of Women

By Bae Ji-sook
Staff Reporter

A 34-year-old man was booked Thursday for taking photos up women's skirts with a camera phone hidden in his shoe. Heungdeok Police Station in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, said the offender, identified by Jeon, used such device to take photographs as well as videos while strolling express bus terminals in the area as many as 470 times since May.

Jeon cut off the top of his shoe, and inserted the camera therein. While walking along, he would put his feet under women's skirts to get the images. Police believe Jeon has not uploaded his material online.

Police said they have booked him without detention since the victims of his action have not been identified and there is not concrete evidence to prove specific women as victims of his action.

Jeon was caught when a woman called up the police complaining a stranger had been following her all day long.

Because if he did the cops might have to do some detective work. I bet he did. I actually saw a porn video of a guy doing upskirts in Korea. You see that stuff out of Japan all the time but Korea is rather behind the times.

I met this old Scotsman who served in the Argyl and Sutherland highlanders. He claims the Sergent Major used to have highly polished boots just so he could look all the other soldiers kilts. Apparently it goes against Scotish Military regulations wearing anything under the kilt.

Hence the term being "regimental", meaning not wearing underwear.

A gust of wind?

I remember back in Windsor the militia unit was the Essex Kent Scottish. Their parade dress was a kilt. Anyway, a woman I worked with (at a downtown coffee shop) her BF was in the Essex Kent Scottish. She was upset because her BF had just been arrested. It seems after a parade they were feeling pretty good and decided the best thing they could do was to start lifting their kilts and flashing cops. Yeah. Anyway, a cruiser pulled over and gave them a warning. When the cops pulled away they flashed the cops a second time. They were promptly arrested. Not very bright. Actually another guy that used to come in the coffee shop was always reading guns and ammo magazines. Someone noted with his love of guns he should join the militia. He answered he tried but he failed the IQ test. Oh dear. The bar is low enough that the door is open to guys who lack enough gray matter about the best way to deal with cops. How dumb was THIS guy?

Anyway, coming back on topic, the subsequent news report had a classic line where the reporter asked the police spokesperson if the militia guys were wearing anything under their kilts and the spokesperson diplomatically answered "they were regimental".

Yep, a gust of wind. The dude's cheeks were all that were in view--those and the straps for a jockstrap.
