Does anyone know what is covered by national insurance? Went to the dentist yesterday and he said that the work that I need done is not covered.

If you can get away w/out the work or if it's purely cosmetic than the insurance won't cover it. Actually, I'm not sure if the national insurance covers dental work at all.

Not much dental is covered ... I know from last year that extractions are covered but nothing that is "cosmetic" will be covered.

Only the basics - necessary extractions and fillings are covered by the NHIC.

I just got cap (W400,000) and bridge (W1,200,000). The prices could have be more (or less) depending on the gold content.
