Perhaps this is a silly question, but here goes.
I have a Sony camera I bought in the U.S. along with the battery charger which came with it. The charger is plugged into a voltage converter. The batteries no longer hold a charge. If I buy rechargeable batteries here in Korea, can I use them with the camera and with the charger? I don't want anything exploding.
Thanks. |

I recommend you buy the same kind of battery that you're camera manufacturer recommends. I've bought after-market batteries before for my camera. But, one time I noticed the camera getting so hot it hurt when I touched the camera. So, I quickly bought the exact type of battery the camera came with. |
