Does anyone know where to get these? I'd prefer an online place that ships to the boonies, but can wait til I come to Seoul next time if necessary. Thanks.

The Red Door in Itaewon had cottage cheese 2 weeks ago. I bought the last pint of it, don't know if they have more yet.

The Hannam market by the Volvo Dealership just past the North end of the Hannam Bridge by Itaewon has had cottage cheese every time i've been there. They also sometimes have 6 packs of Sam Adam's for W18,000.

Cottage cheese is relatively simple to make. Have somebody send you rennet tablets from home, they are also used to make homemade ice cream. instructions come in the package. Don't get liquid rennet, as it has to be kept refrigerated. While you are waiting, you can make paneer, Indian cheese. All you do is get some yogurt, heat it to baby bottle warm and add lemon juice.

Saw something like melba toast in one of the foreign shops on the lower part of hooker hill (where the african and indian restaurants are). Only thing is, it was coated with sugar - which I guess doesn't make it melba toast.....nevermind.... Embarassed
