Hi, all.

I've got a bit of a travel planned in the new year and I wanted to know if anyone knows of places to get traditional tats in Tibet, Nepal, Philippines or Northern Thailand.

I've wanted to get a traditional tat for ages, but have never been able to get a good reco for a reasonable place (e.g. hygeine, price).
