The Overseas Vote Foundation and FedEx have teamed up for this free service available to US citizens in Korea.

You cannot obtain an absentee ballot this way, only return it. So if you haven't done so yet, get on it right away.

They are in Kinkos-Fedex. If you are near Seulleung there are 3. Kangnam is littered with them. |
