I caught the ferry from Dalian coming into Korea. It was actually pretty comfortable. I had a second class ticket that costs about 110K won which included a bunk with a curtain. I was the only non-Korean or non-Chinese on the ferry, but there was still a pleasant vibe.
There's a large flat-screen TV in a lounge area where people sit smoking, drinking, playing cards, etc. There's also a restaurant onboard.
The trip took about 15 hours. |

What's Custom's like getting off the Ferry from China? Is it waiting in line for an hour while they check through peoples' knock-off purchases? Do dogs bust all the Koreans bringing back Kimchi in bulk? |
