I am sure I will get five trolls to every serious response here, but despite my bad typing/spelling skills I am an aspiring writer, yet I rarely actually sit down to write.

I was wondering if any people wanted to get together for a creative writing club?

I prefer to write science fiction, but I am comfortable writing general fiction as well. I would like to get together, say once a month with some like minded people who mind want to bounce ideas off each other and offer constructive criticism.

We can sign and notarise our own work each week and have each present member sign it so as to prevent possible idea theft, if people are concerned about that at all.

I live in Haebongchong, I can likely entertain for most meetings.

Please feel free to respond

I love thinking up ideas for science fiction, but I have no experience with writing in many years. I prefer to put stories into motion through games rather than novels.

Well, if you thought youd like to pick up writing again let me know.

I have a totally wicked idea for a science fiction novel, but i need to improve my writing skills, badly.

I might be willing to bounce around ideas. Always up for trying new things.

Y'know, back in the day there was a writing club here. I only went a couple of times because nobody wanted criticism, only ego stroking. The two main people are long gone, but I know some of the others are still around...

Google it. Maybe it's still here.

There is a club on facebook as well. I never did go to a meeting, even if there is one at all.

I am certainly interested.

I just looked it up on facebook.

Its got 71 members and it looks pretty upscale, I am looking for something more casual.

4 or 5 people sitting around in a circle, reading our pieces, critiquing, and improving etc.

Well at the moment I am happy to start with me, ilsanman and pete.

Please send me a PM ilsn, and we can arrange a possible meet date and time.

I would love at least 2 weeks to get a writing piece off of the ground and out of the gate, but i do have a short story idea in the works

I'm really new here, but I've been writing novels for years. Two of mine are published (not greatly, but they were published). One of them is mystery/suspense, the other is science fiction.

I have written 13 novels and love to write, and I would love to hook up with a group that is meeting for writing.

i knew it, you are really lonely. I could tell by your posts. You do not have many friends I can tell. I guess when people are lonely they post a bunch on daves and try to create fights. Maybe this is a good idea, writing makes people feel better.

Sounds good to me. I used to do a bit writing back in the day, but got lazy. A suitable hobby for when the cold dark nights set in and few people to bounce ideas off would be sweet.

Let us know what the final details are for the first meeting. A weeks notice would be good too as there is nothing like a deadline for motivation.

Yes that's it Alyssa I am lonely, fine whatever, youve hit the nail right on the head. 3 weeks ago you were convinced I was Korean. You were wrong then too.

I couldn't care less anymore what you think, you've never been right on a single post I have seen you make, and your intolerance of Korea, I find quite pathetic. I am glad you are no longer here.

Also I wasnt trying to create fights, but with my first posts the reactions were going to be strong and harsh.

But perhaps I want to do more with my life than act like a pathetic troll who constantly bashes crap you can't comprehend.

HOwever, if you did join the club then you like others can see that I am actually a Canadian.

1. I am a woman, and when I was in Korea I was complemented every day, and my HUSBAND compliments me everyday.

2. It sounds like your problem with your co teacher is because of your karma. What goes around comes around.

3. The Hamlet guy wanted to meet me in person. You can meet him, I am married now, and life is sweet. Meet him, you two have a lot in common. Rolling Eyes
