I am moving into a new apartment and would like to paint it. It has old wallpaper that I hope to remove. Has anyone else painted your apartment here in Korea? On your own or by a professional?

I appreciate any advice or personal experiences on the matter.

My friend just did this and he painted right over the wallpaper and it turned out fine. Removing wallpaper is a pain in the ass. Just paint over that junk. It adds a texture as well which may look cool.
