| could anyone recommend a decent (warm, comfortable, and somewhat beautiful - but not ostentatious or tacky) wedding hall in the central to northwest seoul area? my s.o. and i have been looking around but unable to find anything truly satisfactory... |

| bump - i know wedding halls aren't the most ideal places to get married in, but if anyone knows of one that's even halfway classy, i'd really appreciate it if they could post about it here |

It's South of there (does it really matter if it's a bit further South?) but we got married at the nonhyeon wedding hall, which is near Kyobo Books in the Nonhyeon station area.
See it here: http://www.nonhyunwedding.com/
We went in January, and got a slow month discount. It cost us around 7 million won before deducting the money we received in white envelopes. We also did not do the traditional clothing and food, which was well over another 1 million.
They did a really nice job with photos and video, too. |

i find them all pretty much the same, you could always do the traditional marriage, instead of the 1 hour job...
takes about half a day, they do a nice one out a andong.... |
