Hey guys, I plan on going to everland with some visiting friends, is there any useful info you can give me? I remember some story about someone that got a really big discount, but i forgot what they had to do to get it :/

g.o.d. dragged me kicking and screaming to everland one day. we ended up getting there in the mid-afternoon.

this is the perfect time to go. burn around and do the rides bit. and then settle in for the night action. the cool parade. walking around the rose garden eating massive pieces of chicken. and then, the whacky multimedia extravaganza! love it

i usually hate theme parks, but i had a wonderful time at everland.

in short, my advice has nothing to do with saving money (although we got in for free), but rather "don't go too early". take your time, pace yourself and enjoy the eve.

You can get awesome discounts with Korean credit cards to most of the parks. Some of the cards even get you a 50% discount. Maybe you have a Korean credit card or a Korean friend who wants to go with you? I think you can only get one discount per card, but I'm not totally sure about that...

It was better than I expected. One thing to look for is a show called something like the history of the world through dance. It was one of the strangest and funniest things I have ever seen. In one scene they all come out doing the Heil Hitler and then break into Irish line dancing with Hitler line dancing on top of the tank. All the koreans were looking at my friend and I as we thought it was so funny. All the actors are either western or russian and we are sitting there laughing so hard at them and you could just see what they were thinking, "we know how stupid we look but hey this is crazy korea". It was one of those things that you see only in korea.

Do you have a samsung credit card or know somebody who works for samsung? Well, if you don't, make a samsung friend right now. It's 50 % off for all samsung employees, they can buy the tickets for you. Used to be free for samsung employees, too bad it's not free anymore...

P.S. By the way, everland can make you EXTREMELY dizzy!
